How to get Venti in Genshin Impact | Bloghervisionaries.com

If you’ve made it past Genshin’s prologue chapters, you’ve already seen Venti – a mysterious boy, who talks to a dragon-like creature outside of Mondstadt. Despite being a free-spirited wine living bard, his bow attacks and wind powers are both great for exploration and effective in combat. If you can’t wait to get him under your team, here’s what you need to know.

Like most characters in Genshin Impact, you don’t get Venti by playing through the main story. You’ll have to unlock them via Genshin’s gotcha system. As of recording all of Venti’s event banners have expired and you’ll have to wait until he pops back up, as a character on another banner. If you want to prepare for your chance to get him, when he does pop back up, you’ll need to stockpile primo gems, stardust and star glitter to buy fates for wishes. You’ll need to save at least 160 prime of gems, 75 stardust or 5 star glitter per chance to wish for him and be far enough along in the prologue to unlock the shop. In wish menus you’ll be able to get a fair amount of primo gems, just by playing the game. In the meantime, stay updated with the game and check the wish menu regularly by going to your main menu and clicking on the wish tile. Using the tabs at the top, look through the available banners to wish on. You can check for Venti by clicking on the details menu at the bottom left and scrolling to the available characters. Your odds might vary. Once, you’ve found a banner that has him ,look for the wish buttons at the bottom right. You’ll be given the option to roll multiple times at once, depending on the banner. If you have insufficient fates to make the wish, you’ll be prompted to obtain more click on your desired wish.

Depending on which banner you’ve wished on, the game will then give you an item or character at random. Whether or not you get Venti is determined totally by luck! There is a mercy system though. For most banners you’re guaranteed a 4 star character or item every 10 rolls, but you’re guaranteed a 5 star character or item every 90 rolls, with your chances going up substantially on your 76th. This is tracked by the type of fate, you’ve used to roll for the banner. If you’ve rolled 9 times using intertwined fate with no luck, the next time you use an intertwined fate to roll, you’ll get a 4 or 5 star item or character for sure. If you’ve run out of fates, there’s no need to worry! You can buy more using primo gems, which are found all throughout the game’s world and are awarded by completing quests and obtaining achievements in game. Though the option to top them up, through microtransactions exists, if you don’t want to play in wait.

Finally, remember that certain characters can also be occasionally purchased using other forms of earned in-game currency, like stark litter under their respective exchanges. And be obtained through in-world events found using your events menu. It’s best to keep your eyes peeled just in case your chance to get Venti pops up.
